Template License Policy

This Template License Agreement governs the use of all digital templates purchased from IGH Creations through https://ighcreations.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any template from IGH Creations, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a template from IGH Creations, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for the permitted purposes described below.

The purchase of a template does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property.

All template designs remain the property of IGH Creations.

2. Permitted Use

A single template license allows the purchaser to use the template for either:

  • One website

  • One brand

  • One project

If the template is used for multiple websites or projects, additional licenses must be purchased for each use.

3. Use for Client Projects

Designers, developers, and agencies may use templates for client projects under the following conditions:

  • Each client project requires its own template purchase.

  • Templates may not be reused across multiple clients under a single license.

Once installed for a client, the license applies only to that client’s website.

4. Prohibited Uses

Templates purchased from IGH Creations may not be:

  • Resold or redistributed

  • Shared with others

  • Offered as part of a template bundle

  • Used to create competing templates

  • Repackaged for resale or distribution

  • Listed on marketplaces or template libraries

You may not claim IGH Creations templates as your own design work.

5. Template Modifications

You may modify templates to suit your brand or project, including:

  • Colors

  • Fonts

  • Images

  • Layout adjustments

  • Content

However, modified templates cannot be resold or distributed as new templates.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, layouts, and related files are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Ownership of the template remains with IGH Creations, even after purchase.

Purchasing a template grants a license to use the design, not ownership of the design itself.

7. Digital Product Policy

All templates sold by IGH Creations are digital products.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final

  • Templates are non-refundable

  • Templates cannot be exchanged

Please review template demos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. Unauthorised Use

If a template is used in violation of this License Agreement, IGH Creations reserves the right to:

  • Revoke the license

  • Require removal of the template from websites

  • Take legal action where necessary

9. Updates and Changes

IGH Creations may update templates periodically to improve performance or compatibility.

However, updates are not guaranteed and may not be available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

IGH Creations shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use a template.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • website errors

  • platform compatibility issues

  • lost data or content

11. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Grenada.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.

Refund Policy

All IGH Creations templates and other digital products are delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital downloads, products cannot be returned once access has been granted.

For this reason, all template and digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reviewing:

  • Product descriptions and included features

  • Frequently asked questions

  • Platform requirements

If you have questions about a specific template or its compatibility with your project, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Support Policy

IGH Creations provides limited support for issues directly related to the template product itself.

Support may include assistance with:

  • Template installation guidance

  • Access to template files or downloads

  • Issues related to the template structure or included components

Support does not include:

  • General Squarespace or platform support

  • Template customisations

  • Code edits or development work

  • Third-party integrations or software issues

We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 48 hours during business days (Monday–Friday).

Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Template Installation Policy

Applicable only to customers who purchase our ‘Template Installation Service’.

The ‘Template Installation Service’ transfers your selected IGH Creations template onto your existing website platform (for example, a Squarespace site).

We aim to complete most installations within 48 hours, although installation times may occasionally vary due to workload, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If more than 48 hours have passed since submitting your installation request, please contact support.

Please note that installation times may be longer during weekends or public holidays.

Once the template has been installed onto your website, the site becomes your responsibility. You will need to:

  • Add your own content

  • Replace images and text

  • Customise the site to match your brand

If changes are made to the template after installation, IGH Creations cannot guarantee that the original template structure can be restored.

While performing the installation, we take reasonable care to avoid affecting existing content. However, IGH Creations cannot be held responsible for unexpected issues that may occur during the installation process, including temporary disruptions to existing site content.

IGH Creations reserves the right to decline or cancel a template installation service at its discretion. If an installation service is cancelled by IGH Creations, the installation fee will be refunded.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for the template purchase itself, as templates are digital products delivered immediately after purchase.
